1. What formats are your loop and sample cd's available in?

All of our cd's are currently available in .WAV format. As new formats become available, they will be posted on this website. The .WAV format is currently the most popular format available, and is compatible with many software applications, looping software, synths, samplers and sequencers (please see question 6)

2. I want to pay with my credit card, but I don't have a Paypal account, and don't want to sign up for one. Can I still order your products?

Yes. All you have to do is add the products you want to the secure shopping cart and checkout. Upon checkout you'll have 2 options. One is to pay with your existing Paypal account and the second would be to click the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account Click Here" button. From there, you can order safely and securely with any major credit card, without ever having to sign up for a Paypal account.

3. What do you mean when you say your loops and samples are License-Free and Royalty-Free?

Royalty free and License-free means that you do not have to pay royalties to us if you use our loops and samples on your projects, or make a hit record. You can use our loops and samples on any project you release, whether it be your own original songs, videos, demos, films or any other production. You may use them in any way you see fit, whether it be for commercial or personal use. You cannot sell these loops and samples as your own, or sell them within a compilation of other loops and samples. You cannot make them available for free downloads on any website. You also cannot lend, rent or sell these to another user. These loops and samples are actually licensed to you, not sold to you.

4. How good is the sound quality of the loops and one-shots on your cd's?

We'll break down the technical specs for you, but ultimately, you can be judge of that by listening to the 50 free samples we have posted on this site. Please remember that most of the samples on this site are in a slightly lower quality mp3 format, in order for you to be able download them and preview them quicker. The cd's you receive will be in a higher quality .WAV format than the free samples posted on our site. All samples and loops on our cd's are 16-bit, 44.1 Khz resolution, with cd-quality sound. All of the loops on our cd's are in stereo, some of the one-shots are in stereo, some are in mono.

5. What is your shipping policy, and shipping and handling price?

As stated on our home page, we do ship the same day you purchase if you place your order Monday through Friday before 1:00pm Central Standard Time. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm Central Standard Time, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Please also take into consideration Holidays, as they will delay the shipment at least 24 hours. Our shipping and handling price is $2.95, no matter how many cd's you order. You can order 1 cd, or all of them, and our shipping and handling price will still only be $2.95. We will also ship our cd's internationally for the same low price of $2.95 (this includes "Global Priority" shipping) The shipping price will automatically be added to your order after you check out with our secure shopping cart. Global Priority shipping times for international orders can vary from 5 business days to 2 weeks depending upon your location and the efficiency of the postal service. 6. What software programs, synths and hardware samplers are your cd's compatible with?

While we can't provide you with an entire list of software, synths and samplers that our cd's are compatible with, we can provide you with some of the most popular ones. Your best bet would be to check your owners manual of your sampler or software program, if you have any doubts. 7. What should I do if a disc arrives damaged or broken in the mail?

In the rare instance that a disc should show up to you damaged or broken in the mail, we will replace it with the same cd free of charge. This doesn't happen very often, but if it does, feel free to contact us HERE We value our customers greatly, and will go to great lengths to keep you happy. Most of our customer base has been "repeat customers", so in short, we want to keep you as a customer.......

8. What should I do if there's a problem with shipping, ie: "The disc hasn't shown up", "It's been about 7 business days since you shipped" etc.

We know you want to get your sounds fast, that's why we ship same-day Monday through Friday, however, as you probably know, the postal service isn't perfect. If it's been a while, and you feel there is a delay in your order, please contact us HERE and we'll take care of you.
